I have been going to groups for a few months now and oh my gosh, the difference it had made in my mental health! The group setting every week is so fun once you really get to know your group and counselor. They make things really fun and they also make it really easy for you to open up and talk about anything. They never judge you and they always have your back. Groups is an uplifting experience designed to help and to motivate us in our recovery journey! Im glad i joined! It gives me a freedom from a drug addicted past! Im thankful and would recommend groups to anybody seeking relief from drug abuse!
