Groups saved my life!
Groups is an awesome program for those in recovery. The counselors and other members are awesome, and like family. A place to share and listen and learn.
Very supportive and open.
This program promises help an additional community resources and just is not true. I've asked for help for awhile just getting a referral to a psychiatrist or help seeing a doctor since we are not allowed to call our doctors directly in this program. After waiting 3 requests and almost 2 weeks of waiting I recieve a text from Matt with a google search of psychiatrist in the area with instructions to call around and make an apointment 🤣 like I didn't try this 1st.
