Terrible and unreliable company. They will tell you to contact the merchant but the merchant who you already contacted said they can’t take the voucher because it doesn’t work and they won’t be paid by Groupon for the service! This company is so sleazy. They rip off customers AND vendors!!!
I regret ever signing up for this company. They offer good deals, but it is very hard to contact them to cancel an item.
Not really a deal., they put wrong wording deals that with rude stores that never let you get the deal . I do not need to refund my payment like vouchers l want my money. I don't trust your deals anymore.
Very horrible customer service experience. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE BANNED. PLEASE REFRAIN from using. Just check out their reviews on BBB, and you will see the evidence with the many complaints. Their business practice seems to have sneaky fine prints, and you may not be able to redeem the actual product. This is exactly what happened to me on January 14, 2024. If I could negative stars I would. Busy signal & blocked from both 888 #s. Seattle groupon, no longer @ 1201 3rd Ave. I'm left with the ridiculously circuitous app. Trying to request a refund. Never using Groupon again.
