Update to the below review: The bike is approx 18 months old now. It hasn't presented any issues.I dropped it in for a service at my local in the first week of April 2024. Mechanic found two cracks on the inside of the rear stays...totally unrideable. We approached GS to go to Look to replace the bike under warranty. What should have been a simple yes/no replacement has been essentially four weeks of silence from the manufacturer and from what I can tell, zero sympathy or care factor from GS to follow up. Bought an expensive pair of Mavic rim brake carbon wheels for my 10 speed road bike build with Dura Ace. Didn't come with the 10spd spacer with the wheel set. Shop had difficulty getting the part and delayed my build. Ended up contacting GS who treated me like I was building up a relic and that it was a hassle for them to send such a small part.....A part you'd expect in a $2000 wheelset.
