Not too professional! You describe your project on their website form and they simply send a price by email. Of course you want a visit to discuss the project and receive an official company quote if you're going to spend $3-4K and don't want surprises on the final invoice. They don't bother unless you sign with them with an email message. I've worked with a lot of different contractors to know when to stay away.
Very happy with the work. David is very knowledgable had great suggestions for the stone design for the driveway and stairs. Highly recommend!
