Karim did not complete the job correctly as per Hydro Quebec's regulations. He was sent a letter by them and ignored in until we contacted Hydro to understand why wiring on their end was not done. They then informed us that letter with the issue related to Karim's job was sent to him but he did not correct it. It has been over 2 weeks I have been asking him to come and fix his mistake and he has stopped picking up our calls or replying to our emails. Hopefully this review helps him contact me soon.
