I would not recommend Group VI to anyone interested in selling their commercial real estate. In addition to being rude and combative, Brent Randolph, in my opinion does not serve his clients best interests. He is more concerned about his commission than doing right by his clients. I was part of a transaction with Group VI whereby Mr. Randolph was hostile on the phone towards my buyers and failed to negotiate the best terms for his client, resulting in his client taking less money for his property than he was able to get.
