Patricia Coamey who owns this business was the rudest person I have ever talked too! She was so unprofessional and did nothing but talk bad about other agencies and trips. She is the one of the coldest human beings I've ever met. DONT SUPPORT THIS PLACE GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
Very good travel company
This was the worst experience I have ever had. I tried calling and speaking to Paula & Patti and all I got was we never got a bad review for Mayflower tours..well this was horrible and I got nowhere with this company, seemed they didn't want to hear what my issues were I will NEVER use this travel Agency again nor will I use Mayflower Tours.Group Travel Specialists did not help me at all..$7400.00 out the window!! They always have great cruises for great prices and they work hard to get you what you need. The girls there are very friendly and work very hard to make your vacation planning easy.
