We are very happy with the service’s provided by group three, a special thanks to Jaime Salamanca and his team for there prompt response.
So I will start this off by saying I am an owner and current board member of one of the building they manage. People love to blame PM for every single issue in life, you are towed for being in a fire lane, well it’s obviously the PMs fault, there is building construction and a work starts right when bylaws allow it to, well it’s too loud and too early, and so on.
