RecommendedI can’t begin to tell you how happy I am with this company! The short version is that when I bought my first house in 1986 my father had their system installed in my house! Fast forward to 2020, and although it’s a new house I own now they have been with me every step of the way!! This is such a family oriented and honest company and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to keep their house and family safe knowing that Group 1 always has their back!! Had a great experience with this company (alarm & surveillance cameras), from start to finish, the team was professional and thorough.
We had our security system installed today. Chris and Josh were the installers and they were wonderful! We love our new system and feel so much better having a great security system! Hilary set us all up and was wonderful to work with as well. Overall we had a great experience.
Worst customer service imaginable. Can't follow instructions, can't follow up on anything, and forget the quality of service, it's terrible! Go with someone else, they are just trouble and more aggravation than any service provider I have ever been with!
Make sure you inform your drivers it's unsafe to text and drive.

Group One Safety and Security is a locally owned company with the latest in technology for alarm systems, smoke detectors, personal emergency response systems and surveillance cameras. The are very easy and nice to work with and they have the best response time on the Treasure Coast.
