waiting time
This is the third time in a row doctors have taken 45 minutes on top of my scheduled appointment, and their excuse is that they're busy. This is the worst customer service and medical centre in Victoria! Guys please watch out these time wasters.
I’m writing this review as I am a regular patient at this clinic and have been for well over a year now. I see some negative reviews regarding wait time, and while I do agree that there is normally a lengthy wait time, this is because the doctors at this clinic are incredibly thorough and don’t rush you out the door like other GPs do! I’m more than happy to wait an hour for my appointment if it means I’m going to be seen with care and I always am - particularly by Dr Eshragi and Dr Lavanya, two AMAZING doctors. Very very poor customer service. Don’t recommend.
Waited 1 hr for my scheduled appointment. Then there was a GPs meeting held in the centre with out any concern for patients that were waiting for over 1 hour. This is so frustrating and rubbish attitude towards patients.. i would give zero star.
