Waited 1 hr for my scheduled appointment. Then there was a GPs meeting held in the centre with out any concern for patients that were waiting for over 1 hour. This is so frustrating and rubbish attitude towards patients.. i would give zero star.
Disgusting reception lady, should learn some manners before calling customers. Zero professional sensibility.
Horrible reception staff named Lena Incredibly rude - firstly didn’t understand the query, then completely misunderstood the query, and then refused to listen any further and hung up. Call again and she hung up again. Repeated a third time. Appalling behaviour - disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend this clinic or this staff.
Very disappointed with the waiting time. Despite booking an appointment two weeks in advance, the wait to see the doctor was still approximately one hour. It defeats the purpose of making an appointment when patients are left waiting for so long. I understand that delays can happen occasionally, but such a lengthy wait without proper communication is frustrating and shows little respect for patients' time. I hope the clinic improves its scheduling and keeps patients informed when significant delays occur.
