This was the absolute best re-fi experience we have ever had. Excellent communication from the entire Team, esp. our loan officer John. even answering questions after hours and on weekends. We never felt out of the loop or rushed. We were provided a clear timeline and everything went according to the schedule. The closing was quick and easy, dont think it even took an hour. Would highly recommend.
