I’ve have had a very interesting life. Rich. Fun. But full of heavy-trauma. Most of it comes from my childhood and other violent situations that happened during my early 20’s. My life has been great. I recommend GroupKAP to anyone who is feeling lost, desperate, or bewildered. Life can intimidating, and there are times when it feels like there are no answers for what we face. My experience with KAP has changed my life for the better. I no longer wake up dreading the day ahead of me. I am still a work in progress, but KAP has a strong therapy component for each individual to use in conjunction with the ketamine sessions.
I had a beautiful group intensive experience with Ted and Sarah. I greatly valued the safety and compassion, as well as the attention to integration and processing of the experience. It balanced well the invitation of my own inner-knowing with information and expertise. I highly recommend sitting with them. Oh! and the site is so so lovely. The nature and the stream just sung to me, inviting a reciprocal song back, and filling me with such joy. I also saw a bear! (at a safe distance)
I wish more places offered this kind of treatment. I can't imagine receiving this medicine without the therapeutic container that this group offers and I was amazed by how healing this medicine can be. The facilitators/therapist are compassionate and competent. I highly recommend anyone interested in deeper healing, deeper introspection to check this group out. I believe this is the future of mental health.
