This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. The card states that providers must call to verify eligibility. Well, I called to make an appointment today and explained our new insurance. They called the number, and it was closed due to the MA holiday. I then gave the doctors office the website, they still could not verify. So, apparently, you can only need medical assistance during working hours. I feel like I am back in the 90's. Have had this insurance for almost 5 years and have never once been able to be properly billed; even for recurring appointments: I've had recurring appointments, for instance, billed incorrectly for the past three months and they won't even promise to fix the situation. They screwed up a family member's deductible after they had a child and expected him to track down where he overpaid. Ha.
