I purchased a backpack that was never delivered due to a missing suite number in the address. Despite receiving a notification from ***, the package was not delivered and was eventually returned to the Swissgear warehouse.Since then, *** made numerous attempts to contact ********* for assistance, but most of my emails have been ignored. We ordered a luggage set December 2024, received it and decided we did not want to keep it. We followed the exact instructions to return the item to Swiss gear using their pre-paid label that we got via email. It wasn't until January 4th that we received confirmation that it was received and a refund would be sent back to our credit card. It is now January 30, 2025 and we haven't gotten our refund! 05 Nov 2024 I submitted an online request 05 Nov 2024 to have my case reviewed again sighting both girlfriend and I submitted the exact claim word for word but I received only 15% Coupon on a future purchase and she received a full replacement coupon which was what I was promised but didn't receive. I received an automated reply, "Your request (******) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff."
