Insert any semi serious to serious health problem that you’d like to have further testing on. GH: “You’re not on your death bed?”Denied. If something serious happens we’ll pay for the drs to shut off the machine. What a joke.
My son was born with a disability, and after being discharged from the NICU, we expected his in-home therapy (recommended by various neonatologists) to be approved by insurance. Unfortunately, all of his services were denied, setting him back significantly. I'm actually shocked at the amount of negative reviews. I've had this insurance for 2 years through work and it's probably the best customer service I've had in health insurance. The one lady talked to me for almost an hour explaining questions I had and was super helpful. I had a pregnancy and some ppt hospitalizations and nearly everything has gone through great so far. Anything that hasn't, they've worked with the hospital to fix the problem. Only concern is sometimes the coverage is a little iffy if we travel somewhere b... read more
This has to be the worst company EVER!!! I have high risk pregnancy and this place has denied every testing my doctor needs to do!!!! 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
