Poor communication on MyChart
Scheduled an appointment and they cancelled it via MyChart without calling me. I lost 8 hours PTO. Can’t they pick up the phone? Especially when it’s for the following morning. Disappointed
Completely unprofessional to call to cancel a NURSE VISIT on the same day with no legitimate reason. Said appointment was scheduled and on the books MONTHS ago. What a joke!
I wanted to start off by saying I have been coming to this location for years. I have never had a problem with any provider up until now. I came in because I wasn't feeling very well for a few days. It was mostly fever, body aches, chills. I tested negative for covid and the flu. I seen Tracy D. Mead Stave, CNP for the first time. She didn't come off very friendly.
