I have been a patient here for seven years, and largely did not have issues until the last year. Once I began seeing them for pregnancy, my experience became much worse compared to my previous well woman visits. Between July and December 2025, I attempted to schedule two different appointments that were cancelled by the practice and rescheduled five times in total. I was referred to Tri-health Kenwood, in May, for a CD Holter, which is just a small monitor the size of a half dollar you wear on your chest to monitor your heart for a week. At the time I asked how much this would be, and was told $110.76, which I paid. Fast Forward to three months later and I received a bill from the makers of the monitor (iRhythm) for $525.
