A total fat-shaming doctor who refuses to discuss little else. My yearly "physical" lasted 2 minutes, during which i was told everything wrong with me was due to weight. This was despite the fact that it clearly showed in my history that I had, in previous years, been hospitalized for two months with anorexia. A little compassion would have gone a really long way, but i did NOT find that with Dr. Handelton.
My husband and I have been under the care of Dr. Handleton for several years. He is extremely knowledgeable, very concerned for our health, and is very easy to talk with. I recommend him as an excellent primary care physician.
