They have gotten worse since they have moved into their new building in West Chester. I had went to fill my last refill on a prescription through Kroger, Kroger called Group Health (Ronald Smith, Dr.) for unknown reason (maybe because it was Ativan) but Group Health said they were not filling it that I had to come in for an office visit to see Dr. Smith if I wanted to get it filled. If I could describe this place in one word it would be "incompetent". Everyone on their staff is too incompetent to do the job they were hired to do. You will receive bills you shouldn't, and you will be lied to. They will never bill your insurance (they want to make you take that extra step). The WORST doctor's office I've ever been to. Save yourself the hassle, find someplace decent!
