The office staff was great from the front desk to the instake nurse. Dr. Stockmaster was very kind and thorough. She spent the time listening to me about the issues and concerns I was experiencing, and she helped develop an action plan to address them. I highly recommend Dr. Stockmaster and The Group for Women practice. I used to be a patient of Dr. Puritz, who was an amazing physician and dearly missed as she is retired, but Dr. Stockmaster has really gained my trust and respect during my past two visits. Dr Stockmaster is always caring and attentive. I wouldn't go to anyone but her.
I went in for my annual appointment and had some perimenopause questions. She told me we couldn’t discuss at this appointment so I made a follow up at the end. After exam, she asks me what symptoms I was having and that we would talk about it at the next appointment. I was billed for a copay even though we didn’t discuss treatment. I asked billing and was told I had to discuss with doctor. I asked doctor at follow-up and was told there was nothing she could do because she was given my symptoms.
