I hate gyms but love fitness. Groupfit is fab - the variety of classes is awesome! Jack is dedicated to healthy fitness, which is refreshing. I've been going a few months now and love the classes, members and team spirit. There is no cliqueiness, everyone is wel owing and supportive, and I can't imagine life without Groupfit now. If you are looking for a fitness experience, try Groupfit !!
I have been a member of many gyms, but none like Groupfit! I have felt so welcomed, supported and motivated! I am stronger and fitter than I have ever been, I have met the most amazing group of individuals and some now life long friends. If your thinking about joining a gym, don’t! Come to GroupFit, the support your offered by not only an amazing trainer but by other members has been invaluable.
Love group fit. Jack is encouraging and makes you feel welcome. Great for all levels of fitness.
