I went with my friend that, after 4 years of not being in any gym, got me into the Monday morning Yoga class. WOW!! I LOVE IT HERE!! Instructors are so kind and now..... I'm hooked after only one class! The endorphins yoga release is AMAZING! THANK YOU SO MUCH 🥰🥰
