This is so far one of the best agencies in town, they are very professional and understanding, working with them has been such a wonderful experience.

Some Great people work there but a lot just care about the money over caring for the individual. There are some FMPs that care but a lot are hit and miss. I would not recommend group effort if someone has a service animal as most FMPs throw a fit over having a service animal especially a kitten or a cat. If you are moving from group effort to another agency good luck trying as they will use all their effort to be an obstacle as well as when reporting an fmp or a member of staff for clearly mistreating or taking advantage of ... read more
