So this company has made my life as well as my 2 teenage daughter's life hell. At every turn they deny my claim. I have only been denied a urgent claim 3 times and a orthodontist for my kids. 3 times I sent receipts for urgent care denied after months none the less and sent a contract for my children's orthodontist every year for 3 years running now the app somehow has gone down hill and won't upload PDF or screenshots. I am very disappointed with Group Dynamics. My claim for a personal trainer keeps getting denied. Apparently, trying to be healthy and proactive about your health is not valued. However, I can buy Neti Pots and Sitz baths on their site with no problem.
