Here’s my most recent experience with Clarins USA. I placed an order for 2 creams on November 11. The order in question gets stuck on Claris USA website as ‘being processed’ for TWO WEEKS. No acknowledgement of the delay, no apology from Clarins. There is NO option on the website to cancel the order. On November 24 – the Black Friday promotion rolls in (20% off 2 items, 25% off 3+ items). I place another order for the same 2 creams with a 20% off for 2 items promotion.
