Fabulous company to deal with - trustworthy, efficient and honest. Bought a Passat GTE over the phone and wasn’t disappointed - exactly as described and in excellent condition. Paul and the sales team were a delight to deal with and the overall experience was very professional, straightforward and enjoyable.
They didn't know how to change a clutch on a Sharan so they charged me £4,000 to change a clutch. Mr Clutch charges £420. They kept giving me the car back which broke down half a mile away each time. They can't handle anything except changing fluids on new cars. Avoid Group 1 Volkswagen Lowestoft all cost! I wasn't going to pay 4 grand so I just called the scrap man to come and pick it up. Then frozen at a bus stop trying to get home.
Never had a good experience here. One time the service garage told me that something would be free and included in my service plan, then got there and was told I had to pay. They denied that they ever said it was free. Another time my car went in was meant to be for a 30min short oil change service. 1hr45mins later I eventually got my car back. After reading other reviews I'm wishing I hadn't ever come here. Will be going elsewhere in future.
