Health check on 5th June stated 'no issues with front suspension/steering' I had to return the car on 23rd June due to knocking noise when going over bumps. The health check then reported that the Anti roll bar links needed replacing. This issue did not suddenly occur after 5th June! The visual inspection missed this issue - whereas this would have been identified if a road test had taken place. Just purchased a VW T roc from VW Lowestoft. The sales assistant Chelsea was excellent very friendly, patient and informative. Would definitely recommend paying her a visit if in the market for a car.
Kornel was super helpful, friendly and took the time to talk me through various options. He took me on my first drive of an electric car, the ID3. I would highly recommend him and Group 1 for their service.
We recently purchased a vehicle from Marcus and the whole process was very smooth from start to finish. He was polite,positive and very personable, I would gladly reccomend to anyone. He kept in regular contact with myself and did a great job of managing expectations and made sure come the day the car was in top shape and ready to drive home. Excellent customer service.
These people are an absolute joke.!!!!! Worse than a back street garage The car I bought off them was terrible, had it delivered and it arrived with a big scrape down the side driver seat ripped, Engine management light on after 5days (day 6 I sent it back and got my money back) these are just 3 of 14 problems I sent it back with, REJECTED.!!!!!!!!!
