I would pay attention to every bad review on this place. They are corrupt, they don't follow the law, they will try to cheat you and lie to your face. Then when they realize you're not going to fall for it, they will resort to insulting you before walking away. Here is my particular experience, if you choose to disregard it, feel free to. Too start off the service from the advisor was amazing which is the only reason this gets a two star and not a one star. To start I can’t believe the amount of laziness that took place for the inspection of my vehicle. My daughter who is in Lubbock for college has always bragged about this dealership, BUT today she hit her mirror on something and it knocked the end cap off the mirror.
