Fantastic service from Saby and his team vehicle was as described, Saby delivered the vehicle himself over 300 miles away we are over the moon with the service and our new car also got a full tank of fuel for free. Thank you Group 1 Motor Company would recommend to family and friends.
Seriously avoid this company. I was told I could pay a £199 fee to reserve a car for a test drive, £100 of which would be refunded if I decided I didn't want it. After driving the car and deciding it wasn't for me, as is entirely my right, I was denied a refund and given all sorts of spurious reasons as to why, all of which were illogical and contradictory. This was followed up by being called "pathetic" for requesting what is rightfully mine. The absolute worst experience.
(STAY AWAY FROM THIS COWBOY)Bought Volvo v40 Don’t buy from this guy doesn’t honor the warranty. Car had so many bodges on it. Steering knuckle had the threads stripped and wrong bolt put in. Had wrong bottom arm installed so the head light level sensor didn’t fit so it was just welded to the arm. Said it had drop links and track rods end done clearly haven’t been done. Says had full service history but looks like he just stamped 5 years of history in the book himself. Now he won’t return my calls or texts.
Great customer service from start to finish, great selection of cars, sorted finance out and drove away same day would highly recommend these guys saby your a star. Thanks again ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
Purchased a beautiful Nissan Qashqai from Group 1 Motor Company. Friendly throughout and lots of communication. Would buy from here again lots of beautiful cars available on the forecourt.
