Thank guy Tracey for taking care of me today. I came in at 8 am and didn’t get out until almost 11 am. I fortunately had some work to do to pass the time. Waited inside for over 4 hours for an oil change. They schedule several service appointments so close to each other that it causes delays. They claim they have “no control” over how long it takes to BEGIN working on your vehicle because there are so many appointments! That’s not how scheduled appointments should work. Should a restaurant accept several reservations and put them on the waitlist on arrival? Service advisers are really friendly and professional and the techs work fast......I been watching them. But 3 hours (on a Tuesday) for a oil change is diabolical. The service department techs and advisers need more help, way too understaffed. You can also tell that they are tired. If you do not have a maintenance plan or not cashing in on the first free oil change after vehicle purchase, I recommend to skip the service department. Management at this location is failing the service department.
It was my 3rd visit. overall very professional and good staff. Did recommend a lot of stuff on the 2016 model which was unnecessary hence minus 1 star, but overall very good dealership service
It has been a while since I purchased a car from this place. I do not recommend to buy a car from this place. They sell me a Mazda in 2021 CX3 The car literally came apart within a month or two it’s a brand new car and it was too far for me to go out to Denton all the time cause I live in Irving I cannot take it back to get it fixed, but I got stuck with it I get it one star zero purchase.
