Put my ipace in for a service and MOT. Was informed all ok and vehicle passed. Turns out MOT was never conducted placing numerous legal implications. Manager promised refund (never received) . Switched to another dealer now with far superior customer service. .
TOTALLY NOT SATISFIED. My car went in for maintenance in late May, I was told I was overcharged. Many phone calls, emails and two show room visits did not result in a refund. Customer service extremely poor, Ellie Harvey their service adviser said numerous times that refund would arrive within a week which never happened. Refund eventually arrived 22 September without notice nor any apology - 103 days later! Not what you would expect from a luxury brand where you are charged a premium price.
Group 1 Jaguar are clearly making efforts to improve. Everything about my latest visit was excellent, even the price.
