Excellent aftersales service, was pleasantly surprised as I know Land rover get criticized a lot.

Dreadful experience. Avoid at all cost. Over £2k for a routine service and some break callipers. Only went to the dealer because I wanted the job done quickly and assumed they would have expert mechanics and all the parts. Took them 3 weeks. Even told me it was ready but when I arrived I was told it was unsafe to drive - unlike when I drove it in there! I would never use a Jaguar dealership again due to this experience. Great car but diabolical company. Only giving 1 star because none is not an option.
I bought my Jaguar F Pace SVR on line and delt with Maf. He was very efficient and explained every thing to me, he also sent a walk round video of the car and delt with all aspects of the purchases including the delivery. As promised Maf emailed me all of the car documentation and records. First class service, thank you
