Took my Elantra here to get the break pads changed because they are offering a deal on their website that says they’ll do it starting at $207. They then quote me $287 because “the deal on their website doesn’t include parts”, as Julian the service advisor told me. Very misleading offer…how could it possibly start at $207 if you haven’t even considered the cost of the parts? I gave up and just agreed to $287 because I was already there for my appointment. *Edit to Reply*-- I suppose the manager is under qualified too, based off the lack of comprehension. The tire WAS patched under warranty, despite me being told the dealership wouldn't do a patch. The comment from Julian about replacing tires was not related to the patch I came in for. The undercarriage was not damaged when I brought it in, so unsure how else it would've happened.
