Honestly, it’s really bad. They keep you waiting at the service for hours, and when you ask, they say they haven’t even started working on the car yet. Every time they say the cleaning will be complimentary, but I always get the car back exactly the same. They claim they service the car, but honestly, I feel like they just reset the warning lights and make you wait there all day. The staff always seems very understanding and polite, but behind the scenes, I don’t think much actual work is being done.

I bought my wife's car from them 2 years ago, and it was used. I cannot be more happy to include their warranty on the car, which has been used for the third time now. Caleb was always my point of contact, and everytime he always worked with me to get this issue covered 100% by the warranty and not paying any extra fee to fix the car. I'm not a dealership person, but I'm glad to buy and service this car with them.

Don is the man to request if you ever need service here. I give him 5 stars. Only deducted stars because of the long wait, but that Don can't control.
