Really poor from Group 1BMW Hailsham. Enquired about a car and was disappointed about the professionalism straightaway. I’m a fair distance away and asked if it was an option to have car moved closer to another Group 1 branch, I was basically told to buy a car closer to me. One of the sales managers is a complete liar, when discussing the price I made an offer below the advertised price.
