Visited 30 July 2025 and saw John Payne to discuss trading in our 3 year old BMW for a fully electric model. John had done his homework before we arrived and come up with a way to eliminate the ‘negative equity’ in our current car, and was able to come up with a very good offer on a new BMW iX1, so we were very happy and placed our order. Group 1 Hailsham has a welcoming atmosphere and it feels good to do business there. This is our sixth BMW so yes we are biased but in do recommend the cars and the dealership!
Great team of people at BMW Group 1 Hailsham! John Payne, the Sales Executive & Notability Specialist is outstandingly quick in understanding, helpful and efficient. Erin Long, the computer expert is very knowledgeable in her field; she's very good at the setting up of the technology in the car and make it user friendly to the less technological-oriented customers. She helped us to make the best use of the very comprehensive BMW electronic systems. Top marks and very well done to you both 🏆🏆
I recently purchased a BMW from this dealership, and I have to say my overall experience was very positive. The staff were professional and attentive throughout the entire process. Although I had to wait longer than I initially expected, I completely understood because the place was very busy and clearly popular among customers.
