Last year my Focus went in 3 times to sort an air conditioning issue. That was never fully resolved. They had poor communication as ai had to call for updates past due time, then kept waiting once arrived to collect. Today similar issue. Told to bring car in for 9.30. Had discussed issue on booking and suspected the eventual issue. Was told would be ready by 2pm. At 2.40 I had to ring to find out what was happening. Had not fixed as not got part.
