Great customer service. I picked up me new puma here, all the staff are amazing.
Did not phone back as they said they would very poor
Purchased a brand new Mustang 9 years ago and the puncture repair kit does not fit. Ford is refusing to replace it. They have stated it's up to me to have checked it fits. Advice to all, check every nut and bolt before you purchase. I have spoken to Citizens Advice who has advised to follow Ford Complaints Procedures. I have also written to Trading Standards and the Motoring Ombudsman. They are saving £86 plus VAT by not replacing a not fit for purpose safety item. What's the bigger picture of loss of sales.
Fantastic as always. Friendly team who kept us updated with the progress of our annual service throughout our 'while you wait' service. Update: A year later... Another fantastic service at Guildford. Savannah was so lovely to deal with. And the sales exec by the customer seating, for a newbie, his product knowledge is impressive!
