Took my car for its service today and once returned to me I found grease all over my doors, the matts were caked in mud. Turned my stereo on to find someone's CD in there and it was on full blast. Absolutely disgusting returning my car in such a state. If im paying over £400 I dont expect my car to be treated so poorly!!! I will not be taking my car here again!!
Honestly the worst garage experience I’ve ever had. Spent two days doing a one day job then told me to pick up the car despite it not having any work done. Picked it up and took it to a local garage.
22Aug25. Latest update on Group1Ford, Slyfield, following on from my post below it has taken several weeks and approximately 13 phone calls back and forth with firstly the Service Department and then the Sales Department leading eventually to a positive outcome. I have now been supplied with a Puncture repair kit which actually fits all 4 valves on my car.
