Extortionate pricing. They look for means to charge for any and everything including diagnostics for pretty obvious things. Even in a major service where they should pick up issues as part of the service, you will be charged an additional fee for diagnosing obvious faults the vehicle system has already picked up. Edit: I was contacted following my review. Although I am unhappy with the pricing I do appreciate the fact that they took the time to listen and make things right.
Had car ready for viewing, left to have a good look around car ,no pressure from anyone, nice and relaxed garage
Scott the salesman was a absolute gentleman and him and his manager gave us a fabulous experience buying a car and sorting everything out from sorting a car out to collecting it and also rinius to check we were ok and happy once we had the car a few days I would highly recommend group 1 Basingstoke Thank you Brilliant
