Worst experience! I’ve been a customer for 8 years but this is my last time. I took my Jeep in Sept.8 because the AC was blowing hot. It’s Sept. 28 and I still don’t have my Jeep back. It cannot take almost a month for a repair. Plus, they don’t have a rental to loan me or any discounts for the ridiculously long time they’ve had my vehicle. Take your business elsewhere like I’ll be doing from now on.

Brought my 2024 hellcat Durango in for service. It sat for 3.5 days outside before being touched. What this service department doesn’t know is I have a kill switch that tracks every time the car is turned on. My vehicle sat outside for 3.5 days before the car was turned on again. After reading through all negative reviews for this dealer and apologies after apologies from the Service Director and General Manager, customer service has not changed and I highly discourage anyone doing business with them. I typically don’t do reviews but after my experience, it’s a must. I went to the service center to get my new tires mounted, balanced, and an alignment done on my Jeep. Terrible communication from service team. They will keep your vehicle hostage for days while it sits on the lot not being worked on. No updates. No eta. No loaner vehicle. I will drive 30 minutes further to the next closest service center before coming back.
