I use my suv a lot to travel for work and bring my car to get serviced here a lot for many different services. Tina my advisor approach my vehicle And wasn’t very welcoming and very direct however she ask if I’ll be waiting on my car I said no I need an Uber she then said they don’t offer Uber services and o said that’s not true she said their department got a bill for 20,000 so no Uber I get out car there were three ppl waiting on curb for Uber complementary from the service department. Worst service, they have my car for two weeks now with no resolution and won’t even give me rental. I keep getting redirected to someone that doesn’t answer and i can’t even speak to a manager.
