Amazing experience! Great customer service
We bought a Mini Countryman electric remotely from Mini Cambridge. Our sales executive Nick Bambury was excellent to deal with. Videos were sent, emails answered promptly and car delivered to our home address on the day that we requested. After sales service was excellent as well ; time was spent on the phone to explain the many apps that the Countryman has (also a big thanks to Edward) .A great overall experience and I can greatly recommend Group1 Mini Cambridge.
Group 1 MINI Cambridge are outstanding with customer care and support. They simple cannot be recommended enough with words, trust is hard in the world of cars. Group 1 MINI Cambridge have won mine.
Extremely overpriced place. I got a breakdown and have been towed to this service. The courtesy car wasn't ready. I got uber back home. It took rest of the Saturday an half of the Sunday to get the car courtesy car sorted so I can drive and pick up my own car from the service. The prices for the tyres were eye-watering.
