My first appointment was delayed by over 30 minutes, and after my test drive I was promised follow-up that never came. I had to chase the dealership myself, and it seemed I had been forgotten. Important paperwork containing my settlement figure was misplaced, and I was later asked for details I had already provided. After purchasing several Minis from Barons Cambridge we collected our newest car yesterday. The service we were given by Jenny Harrison was excellent. Jenny listened to our requirements, suggested possible solutions and guided us to our perfect car. I would like to thank Edward at BMW Mini (Cambourne) for helping to sort out a couple of queries very quickly. Edward was the sales person who originally sold us the mini a few months ago but he was very helpful today when he saw me waiting to book my mini in for a check up. Jenny Harrison was an amazing customer advocate. We were considering a Mini, but had some unusual constraints, and Jenny was brilliant at listening to our requirements and thinking creatively across the fleet both new and used, and enabling us to try to find a solution that worked for us. She acted not just to try and sell us a vehicle but to really solve the customer need. Really top notch.
