Omar was great. They did the work quickly and at a good price. They washed the car too. They even called an Uber to take me to the gym and back. Exceeded my expectations
I have decided to leave Group 1 GMC South as a customer. I went in to have their service department look at the steering and suspension where one of their parts failed. They found problems, but wouldn't honor their 3 year 36,000 mile factory warranty. They told me to contact my insurance company to file a claim. Then, charged me twice for diagnostics, $463.00, telling me they had to diagnose it twice. For whatever reason, they couldn't figure out the problems the first time. To add insult to it all.
