Had a great experience with the service center! The staff was very friendly and professional throughout my visit. A special note of thanks to Christopher for his excellent professionalism and friendly behavior. They kept me informed during every stage of the service and even shared helpful recommendations for my car. Highly recommend!
My husband brought my vehicle in for an oil change. He patiently waited as they serviced it and checked out with ease. I love the discounted service and will continue to partake as long as it is offered.
Service department’s electronic systems are horrible. Everything from online registration, valet checking, coordinating w service rep and final checkout, nothing seemed to coordinate. I spoke to the service manager and told her I called her over to discuss my concerns because she had the responsibility, accountability, and authority to make change. She agreed however I doubt anything gets done. Not sure why I torture myself in helping to make things better when nothing ever happens. Should have bought Toyota.
