Bought my car from here last week and the experience was amazing from start to finish. I’ve never bought from a dealership before but got it for an amazing price. I've just bought a new (ish) Mini from my local dealer, I was previously a Audi driver and I've been tempted by Mini for years and now I've finally bought one. My salesman George has been outstanding and very kind wi 2 test drives and lots of reassuring kindness and professionalism. Very poor customer service. 2 weeks lead time to get the car checked (immagine not being able to use your car for 2 weeks!). Once in for the checks, they don’t take customer’s concerns seriously and when confronted they get defensive without giving you answers. Can’t wait to get to end of my pcp and change dealership.
