Bought a r1300 brand new had lots of problems had to return it as bmw had it more than I did so they could not put up with the unnecessary stress but still ongoing as still waiting for a refund excuse after excuse but the sales man emailed saying I got a lemon of a bike wot an joke take the money and run
Can’t get hold of anyone whether that’s by phone or by filling in the ridiculous online forms. Trying to organise a test ride is impossible, Ducati had me out on 2 different bikes in no time at all. Maybe the YouTubers keep this place afloat on their own, what a shame.
I have been a customer of group one for some years now and in total have purchased half a dozen bikes from them My latest being a £25k bike 6 months ago After expressing some concerns I had I have decided to trade in for something a bit more manageable I was very disappointed to hear that they will offer £9k less than what was paid for it But luckily vines in Guildford have offered £4k more than group one How can two bmw motorrad dealers be so far apart when it comes to valuation unless group one are just out to clean up
Very poor dealership once they have taken your money they really are not interested unless your a YouTuber Will the sales manger is unapproachable and unless semi famous does not want to know you They will steal your money and laugh in your face when it comes to any issues Stay away from the cowboys
