Was given two different telephone quotes for an interim service only a few pounds difference but it didn’t make sense. An incoherent invoice that had little no relationship to the original quote )plus additional quoted work).The video of the issues found on the car didn’t really work for me. The work, however, was completed quickly. No complementary courtesy car offered. The customer service agent didn’t get my name right. One word two six letters two syllables. Not hard. Not overly impressed.

Just upgraded my 3 year old BMW EV to a virtually new ex demonstrator model. The experience of dealing with Group 1 BMW Brighton was fantastic from the initial enquiry to the handover. The staff were all very knowledgeable, helpful & attentive. Having purchased a number of cars over the years I thought the deal was competitive & fair and I really appreciated the lack of pressurised sales tactics. Fully recommended

Typical 'take it off, throw it away' attitude by 'technicians' rather than employing qualified engineers/mechanics (if there are any left from my days at engineering college) to repair faults. Crazy, unrealistic, unnecessary hourly rate (£225 per hour) that certain types of people seem to like to boast of having paid for work on their cars! Sometimes, unreliable diagnosis, too. Kwikfit style tyre advice... you know what I mean!! Overall, a typical garage service that doesn't really support a great brand like BMW in a realist... read more
