Brought a car via approved used distance sale back in June of this year and the service was absolutely fantastic. Staff were kind and helpful, service was prompt, competitive prices and very reasonable cost to have the car delivered to my front door. The communication was absolutely fantastic and I was informed of every process and step. I absolutely love the car and it came in immaculate condition exactly as detailed on the website. Would highly recommend!
Super impressed with the service I received yesterday and huge credit to Jamie Mackay. My i3 — purchased from Cinch — was in for warranty repair of a heated seat. After finding other unrelated issues that needed fixing, Jamie proactively got in touch with Cinch to have this additional work approved and paid for without me having to do a thing. Main dealers get a bad rep, but you get what you pay for and I'll be back for my MOT and servicing soon
