purchased several cars through Hakan, Tim and Matt at Group 1 assured Lowestoft for myself and various family members and do not have a bad word to say about them. Cars are provided in great condition, and if any issues were to arise (they haven't) I would imagine problems would be rectified as soon as they can, as the aftersales car carries on even after they have your money. Would thoroughly recommend.
Found a car on another site for my wife, hakan got it sent down for us after being told by the salesman from the other site the car was very clean and no scratches and so on, the day came where the car got delivered and got to see the car for the first time, well what an absolute state the car was and I mean it was horrendous, this was no fault of hakans or the lowestoft branch, anyways me and hakan had a good chat and he said trust me and just give me a chance to see if we can get it looking good, anyways few days had gone ... read more
1 star is really 1 too many, if I could give zero I would. My son purchased a BMW from here back in March. We’ve had nothing but issues with it since, none of which have been sorted. The worst is the communication-no one, even the manager seems to be able to give you an answer for anything. On collection we noticed a large scratch which wasn’t even there when we purchased the car. When I asked about it I was told sorry the service guys must’ve caught it when doing the pre service. Brought my car from this dealership on the 12th June Amazing experience from start to finish. Tim the salesman helped me though the process with ease. He is a credit to the company Manager Matt was also extremely helpful. I was very pleased with the whole experience
I would highly recommend Group 1 Assured Lowestoft. Hakan was very gracious, respectful and considerate and I did feel like a valued customer by him. He was very calm and helpful going through the many questions. I part exchanged my car with them and really felt Hakan was extremely honest and fair.
