I am a pensioner with mobility issues and I took my VW to the Pakefield branch for service/ inspection and I was very happy with the pleasant staff and especially the young customer service lady who was very helpful. I bought volvo from them in January and I have a very good experience with this dealer. Hakan Karabulut was my sales adviser, and he did an outstanding job, explained everything, and answered all my questions. They have my new car ready for me in no time and when it was convenient to me. I am very satisfied with my experience.
Purchased an Audi S3 Sportback 2015 from these guys In May, Had a few little issues with it to start with (Haldex playing up) + (Radiator leaking coolant), Had the Haldex serviced sorted the issue, which Group 1 covered the bill for, Found radiator leaking from bottom corner which I had replaced which they also covered the bill for. Slow to refund the money however think this is due to work load. Cheers Tim & Ellis for sorting the issues I had withing the first 28 days of owning the car.
