My experience started off really well, it has been post-sale which has not been great. I’ve submitted 2 complaints and not heard back from either, despite it being over the recommended time advised and they are not complex complaints. I haven’t even received communication to tell me when I can expect an update. Poor communication. (Lowestoft branch)
Terrible avoid. Bought a used 2022 Jeep Wrangler. I live in the North East so had initial conversations online. The dealer sent me a video stating the car was in excellent condition and fault free. This couldn't be further from the truth. The prep of the car was so bad. Dirty and with random items in the boot and handbook missing. The level of wear on the car is beyond expectations. Looked at a BMW 340i estate online - not purchased. Car is advertised as having 63k miles, however, it’s almost 10k more miles when I got sent a video of the car (70k). In the video, the salesman was honest and highlighted a lot of damage, and given the rareness of the car & the price tag it looked batterer. I am a pensioner with mobility issues and I took my VW to the Pakefield branch for service/ inspection and I was very happy with the pleasant staff and especially the young customer service lady who was very helpful. The mechanics report was quite literally a life saver.
