Ground Zero is most likely the best auto mechanic shop in Richmond. I know this because I was in the industry for over 20 years. He does things properly, only installs reliable parts, and charges fairly. There's really no other place to take your vehicle for repairs because I personally know a lot of shops in the area that contract all their work out of Ground Zero, then get the vehicle back, to return it customer and charge more. Brought my car in to get the AC recharged. Jason was great, he got the job done quick with an inspection and reasonable price! He also told me what to watch out for in the short term to spot any leakage. Definitely recommend.

Jason is truly the best auto mechanic I've ever worked with. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and skilled at his craft, but like many others have already mentioned, he's honest, trustworthy, and genuinely looks out for his clients' needs. I'm very satisfied with the high quality diagnostics, advice, and service he performed on our BMW and Landrover. 10/10 would recommend!
