I experienced inconsistent pricing for materials and delivery. The prices shown on the website were outdated and did not match the prices I was quoted over the phone. When I tried to place a bulk delivery order, the representative insisted that the website pricing was wrong and that the website was not functioning properly. The conflicting information made the process frustrating and difficult to trust.

Avoid this place. I paid for 3 yards of turf blend, but the scoops were barely three-quarters full. When I pointed it out, I was told that’s just how it is. Save your money and go somewhere that actually gives you the volume you pay for

Groundworks is always my go-to for rock, and once again they didn’t disappoint. Today I had the pleasure of being helped by Evelyn, who was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. It’s not often you come across customer service like that anymore, and it really made the experience stand out.
