I had multiple companies come out and look at my foundation and I chose Groundworks because Mr. Spiers was honest and knowledgeable and didn't perform the standard sales pitch. He look at the situation as if it was happening to his own home. Jefferson T, Francisco P, Jose, Pablo, and Alexander T., all came to work on my house and were willing to talk with me and answer all my questions, also they are hard workers, getting the job done quickly. I didn't end up going with Groundworks but they were an extremely close runner-up in my foundation repair company search, out of eight estimates. My 75 year old house needed help. I contacted Groundworks and they did an outstanding job. Both piles and poly injection was required. Their people were courteous and respectful of me and my property. They treated everything as if were their own.
