Absolutely do not recommend use another company!!! We had basement structural work completed by this company when it operated as ITG in 2019. The system failed in 2022 and was repaired under warranty by Baker Waterproofing, who acknowledged the original installation was done improperly. In November 2025, the same wall failed again. A Groundworks representative inspected the issue and indicated additional support should have been installed originally. We have a favorite technician now, named Ty. He has bent over backwards to help us with an issue without hard-selling anything. Our sump-pump was making an annoying whistling sound. By phone he told us how to stop it for now, suggesting what may have caused it. Ultimately he came to the house and inspected it. He explained in detail as to what was wrong and what was needed, total transparency. He is going to come back with a new pump and install it at his next available appointment.
