This company a joke hade them come out and do work like 8 months later I finally got them to come back to check work they said it dropped and they will get with someone to fix and they didn't do one side and he should check on Then a manager came out a said they fired alot of people for not doing job and said same thing cover dope and don't know why they didn't do all floor
Everyone has been wonderfully helpful and explained everything all the way through. Jay was knowledgeable and helpful. Dave and Chris were great! They were professional, courteous and friendly. They did the work quickly and thoroughly and were a pleasure to have here.

So far, very poor experience. Initial follow up to schedule an estimate to the point of getting service scheduled was not good at all and they didn't follow up. We had to consistently call them to get an update. Now, we've had service scheduled twice and both times they canceled because their equipment wasn't working. We tried to call them and there was "no one available to talk to" about these issues. They have horrible customer service.
